Our Staff

Gardner Road Kindergarten employs 5 qualified and experienced teachers. Additionally it employs a part-time Office Administrator who ensures that the office functions are performed efficiently and allows the staff to dedicate themselves to the children.

Our teachers love what they do and it is a testament to their enthusiasm that they have all remained with the kindergarten for many years. This committed team bring with them a wonderful sense of continuity, stability and family.

We are licensed for 37 children per session and offer a high teacher to child ration of 1:8 for afternoon sessions and 1:9 for morning sessions which means personal and dedicated attention for all children. This is well above the national standard for over 3 year olds.

All our staff undertake ongoing professional development and training and hold a current First Aid Certificate.
